Preparation Before Power On
1) Adjust the blade gap according to the granularity and select the screen mesh with different aperture.
2) Open the hopper and the blanking bracket, check whether there is any other things or metal substance in the crusher chamber.
3) Check the gap between the rotary blade and fixed blade, whether the blade fastening bolt is rotated, and whether the spring washer is compacting.
4) Turn the flywheel with hands to check whether the movement is flexible.
5) Check whether the rubber plug connection is firm and whether the fastening nut is fastened.
6) The bearing oil nozzle on the main shaft should be injected with enough lubricating oil.
