1 How To Install The Dryer?
After drilling the base of the dryer, stand upright on the feed inlet of the plastic injection molding machine and fix it with a fastening screw.
2 How To Connect with Power?
Power supply: 380/220 V 50HZ, 3 Phase.
Open the electric control box, refer to the internal wiring diagram, and connect the power supply. Pay attention to whether the power supply and voltage match, whether the power supply opening specification is equivalent to the load protection rating, and whether the rotation direction is matched with the standard.
3 How To Adjust The Temperature?
Refer to the drying temperature reference table for plastic materials and appropriately adjust the scale of the temperature controller. The temperature at which the bimetal thermometer reacts corresponds to the actual desired temperature.
