1 How To Clean The Sieve?
The air filter at the inlet should be inspected and cleaned regularly . When the filter is blocked, air flow reduces and thus affects the drying effect.
2 How To Clean The Separator?
Before feeding in new material, the separator should be cleaned first.
3 How To Clean The Dust Room?
During the drying process, the dust may fall into the hopper and accumulated day by day. Therefore, it needs to be removed regularly. When clearing the dust, remove the shell separator and turn on the blower, the dust will be blow away.
4 How To Remove The Material Caking On The shell separator?
If the temperature is too high, the raw material will melt and get caking on the shell separator, it is forbidden to scrape the caking with some hard device like an iron rod for it may damage the separator. Remove the separator first.
Please turn off the blower 10 minuets later after turning off the heater, that’s to cool down the hopper thus extends the running life of the machine.
