1. The weighing mixer should be turned on first and then charged, and it should not be stopped to discharge.
2. The material is added through the feeding port above the barrel lid.
3. The height of the added material should not exceed the height of the spiral blade.
4. When the weighing mixer is in operation, it shall not penetrate into the cylinder. If any debris enters the barrel, stop the machine immediately to check and eliminate it, restart, charge and mix.
5. The weighing mixer must rotate in the direction indicated by the arrow, and must not rotate in the opposite direction.
6. The mixing time is generally more than 40 minutes, to ensure that the material composition is uniform and without deviation.
7. It is not allowed to park the materials in the material tank. After the work is completed, clean the equipment to prevent the materials from being covered on the weighing mixer and affecting the heat dissipation of the machine.
