1. A dry test should be carried out before use. Before testing, the solidity of all the connecting parts of the dryer should be checked. The amount of lubricating oil in the dryer and the integrity of electrical equipment should be closed. Turn on the power, and run the dry run test machine.
2. Dry running test. The plastic dryer can be put into production only if no abnormal noise is found, and other undesirable phenomena.
3. If the material inside the hopper wall need to be removed, then you should need bamboo tools instead of hand, so as not to cause injury.
4. If you find abnormal vibration or noise when running the machine, you should stop it and check it immediately.
