The following introduces the composition and principle of each subsystem

1. Unloading system

The unloading system completes the process of entering the silo from bulk, barreled, bagged, and containerized raw materials.
Bulk materials can be sent directly to the storage bin through the pneumatic conveying device on the tank truck
The barreled material can be discharged by the Baiken hydraulic pour machine
The bagged materials are discharged by using the Becon inverted bag station. The bag-returning station of Becon is divided into the bag-receiving station of Becon small bag, the bag-returning station of Token bag and the bag reversing station shared by Bagen. Among them, Beiken sachet inversion station is divided into manual, semi-automatic and fully automatic. The bag-returning station for Token bags can also be divided into manual and fully automatic.
Container loading materials can be discharged through the Becon container unloading system.

2. Conveying system

The transportation of materials is the key to the automation of the compounding production line, and the transportation system occupies a large proportion in the Baiken automatic compounding system. Including the transportation of raw materials from the Beiken discharge equipment to the weighing silo; the transportation of finished materials from the mixer to the finished product silo; the transportation of finished materials from the finished silo to the extruder or other processing equipment;
Bycon conveyor system mainly has the following forms:
Beacon screw conveyor (including Beacon flexible screw conveyor)
Becon vibration conveyor
Bycon pipe conveyor
Byken pneumatic conveying (including Byken vacuum feeder)
Byken bucket elevator (with Byken Z bucket elevator)

3. Weighing and batching unit

  In Beacon's fully automatic compounding system, the Beacon's weighing and compounding system normally consists of two independent subsystems:
A set of weighing and batching system for Byken's main materials; the larger value of Byken's main material scale is suitable for weighing the main materials with high proportion.
A set of Byken auxiliary material weighing and batching system; the rated value of the auxiliary material scale is small, suitable for materials with a small proportion of weighing.
This design helps to improve the accuracy of the batching. Each set of Byken batching system is composed of various material hoppers, Bycon conveyor system, Bycon batching weighing hopper and so on.

4, mixing equipment

Bycon mixing equipment can be divided into Bycon continuous mixer and Bycon gap mixer, according to user needs to choose the appropriate Bycon mixing equipment.

5. Material storage equipment

      Material storage equipment mainly refers to various silos used for storage of raw materials and finished materials.

6. Dust removal system

According to the different occasions, the Beike dust removal system will be designed according to the site.

7.central control system

   Bycon control system can be used to control the touch screen system and central control system according to the scale of the scene. The control system connects the whole set of equipment together, which is the guarantee for the long-term stable operation of the whole system. Byken control system can include BPE field operation cabinet and BPE central control system. It can achieve the following functions.
